Giving birth is a time of profound significance and should be given special attention. As a trained, experienced doula, I provide physical and emotional comfort, and continuous support throughout the labor and birth journey.

physical comfort measures and breathing techniques to help you work with your body more effectively
emotional and spiritual encouragement to help you relax deeply and be assured

Evidence-based data shows that women who have a devoted, professional doula at their side have fewer medical interventions, shorter labors, and better health outcomes for herself and her baby.
I serve alongside midwives or doctors and the rest of the medical team, helping the birthing mother navigate labor with confidence, knowing she is heard and respected.

Premium Package .... $1500 *
Incudes:
one complimentary consultation
two prenatal appointments to help you prepare for labor and birth: birth education, birth positions, pain management, postpartum plan
one prenatal meeting with your midwife or OB to get acquainted and discuss expectations
creating a birth plan
labor and birth support from the onset of labor until you are settled after your baby's birth
help with first breastfeeding
two postpartum appointments to review your birth experience, help with breastfeeding and tend to your needs
*This package is covered by OHP (Pacific Source, IHN and Open Card) insurance

creating a birth plan

L & D Package $700
If you find that you need the in-person support of a doula solely for labor and delivery, I would be honored to assist you. I can provide calm, affirmative support through your labor, birth and immediate postpartum. This package includes:
in-person consultation
telehealth: 1 labor preparation appointment by phone/video
phone/text assistance leading up to labor
labor and birth support from the onset of labor until you are settled after your baby's birth
help with first breastfeeding
telehealth: 1 postpartum checkup by phone
additional Postpartum Care .... $40/hour
If you would like additional (or only) postpartum support, it would be my pleasure to assist you. Some of the extended postpartum services I provide are:
nutritious meal preparation to help your body recover
changing and cleaning linens
assisting you with personal needs such as feminine hygiene/perineum care, showering
providing professional referrals as needed
breastfeeding guidance
infant care guidance
sibling care or pet care
reviewing and processing your labor and birth experience
providing peaceable mediation during family visits and overall helping you establish yourselves as a new family unit
emotional care and support if you experience a miscarriage or stillbirth. (I am a certified and commissioned Stephen Minister, trained in providing spiritual and emotional care in times of crisis.)
Coaching for dad.. $50/session
Don't forget about Dad's preparation for fatherhood!
Includes:
Coaching session with my husband, Mike Miller, certified mentor and coach, father of three
Meet over drinks (1-2 hours)
Receive personalized expert coaching on becoming a father, or improving parenting skills.
When is payment expected?
$200 down payment is due at the first prenatal appointment for all packages. The down payment is non-refundable. Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to your due date/by week 38. Payments can be made by cash, check, or PayPal. Payment plans are available upon request.
